Built on the promise of Psalm 84:7, Strength to Strength is an invitation for leaders to be renewed, encouraged, and equipped for the journey ahead. As we gather, we will be reminded that our leadership is sustained not by our own strength, but by God’s faithful provision in every season.

We are pleased to welcome Mark and Helen Bilton, as our special guests. With a passion for helping leaders connect faith with everyday influence, Mark brings practical insight and biblical encouragement, and together Mark and Helen will strengthen and inspire us for meaningful impact in our churches, workplaces, and communities.

Mark Bilton is a globally recognised strategist, Independent Chairman, CEO mentor, and Managing Director of Lead Well Live Well. A former multinational CEO with over 20 years’ experience, he has led six companies through major transformation, including overseeing operations in 40 countries as Group Managing Director of Gloria Jean’s Coffees. Mark is the founder of Monday Movement and author of Monday Matters, driven by a passion to equip Christians to lead with purpose and integrity in the workplace.
